Today we are going to watch District Cricket Association of Tirupur 2nd division cricket league match played at the Tea Public School on 24.08.2014. The match was played between Lucky Star Cricket Club and Tirupur Galaxy Cricket Club.

Tirupur Galaxy Cricket Club scored 164 in 42.4 overs. B. Logu (59) and J. Manikandan (41) performed with the bat for Tirupur Galaxy CC. M. Nizam picked 4 wickets (missed a hat – trick of wickets) for Lucky Star CC.
The chase was not actually good for Lucky Star Cricket Club. They had lost 4 wickets within 7 overs. Let us have a look at the pictures and meet after that!

Lucky Star Cricket Club chased down the target in 35.5 overs with a wicket in hand. K. Saravanan (41) and N. Shankar Ganesh(33) played a vital role in the victory of Lucky Star Cricket Club. Suthagar picked 3 wickets intially and Manikandan picked 3 wickets in the middle and at the end of the innings posed a threat to Lucky Star CC.
