In the Eastern Province Cricket Association (EPCA) – AlTurki Main League First Division match, Pan Gulf beat Saipem by 83 runs
Pan Gulf winning streak continues. Batting first, Pan Gulf lost quick wickets. However the young Falak (135) and Abdul Mannan (57) played some sensible innings and posted a total of 252 runs on board. Abdul Razak of SAIPEM bowled well to claim 4 for 40. Chasing the target, they were never in the game loosing wickets at quick intervals. Yaseen was the only batsman batted sensibly and occupied the crease to score 47. Saipem were bundled out for 169 to give Pan Gulf a victory by 83 runs. Sardar Khan ripped through the batting of SAIPEM. He claimed 4 for 22 & Tanveer and Falak claimed two wickets each.
