In memory of 125th birth anniversary of Shri. Ramanujan, the year 2012 is being declared as NATIONAL MATHEMATICAL YEAR by the honorable Prime minister of India.
In addition to this, his birthday- December 22 is being declared as NATIONAL MATHEMATICAL DAY
