In the Eastern Province Cricket Association (EPCA) – AlTurki Main League Premier Division match, SKFCC beat SCPCO by 8 wickets
After winning the toss, SKFCC invited SCPCO to bat, the opening batsmen of SCPCO Riaz (71) and Shahzad (108) put a 144 runs for the first wicket in 18 overs, once Riaz departed, none of the batsmen were able to score. At the later stages it was waseem who scored 37 to help SCPCO to reach a respectable total of 302 for 9 in 40 overs.
Wassim Malik
Wasim Malik and Sohail claimed two wickets each for SKFCC. Replying to the target the openers Irfan Farooqui scored 93 in 54 balls and Wasim Malik scored an excellent unbeaten century of 132. These two put on 179 runs in 18 overs, later Noman (46) joined wasim and ensured that the SKFCC scored 305 for 2 in 37.1 overs.
