• IOB won the toss and chose to bowl first. Skipper Suresh Kumar with centuries from Ashwin Venkataraman and Mukilesh pulled the game from IOB on the first day. Ashwin Venkataraman in the first game of the season involved in two century partnerships, one with his skipper for 3rd wicket added 119 runs and the other with Mukilesh for the 4th wicket added 161 runs
• Grand Slam CC won the toss and chose to bowl first. Kamalesh, Kunal Chandela and Sathyanarayan scored half centuries for Young Stars CC
• Globe Trotters Sports Club won the toss and chose to bat first. Akshay V Srinivasan and Ganesh contributed most, involved in a 148 run 6th wicket partnership. Saravana Kumar starred with the ball for Jolly Rovers picked 6 wickets
• Nelson SC won the toss and chose to bowl first. Sathya Narayanan and Guru Raghavendran consolidated the batting performance for India Pistons both scored half centuries and effected a 113 run partnership for the 3rd wicket
• Vijay CC won the toss and chose to bowl first. Vignesh and Rahil Shah stunned MRC ‘A’ with their bowling ended their innings to a low score. Mylapore RC ‘A’ came back strongly with Rishi Dhawan, Sasikanth and Sanjay Yadav’s bowling but Vijay CC managed to gain lead in the first innings 
• Swaraj CC won the toss and chose to bowl first. UFCC (T Nagar) with useful contributions from Sugendhiran, Sureshkumar and Maaruthi Ragav, all scoring half centuries. Silambarasan in the bowling, scalped 6 wickets for Swaraj CC
